A változások a jelenlegi tarifákat érintik:

A Oktató+ és Stúdió tarifák megszűnnek, helyükbe 3 vadonatúj tarifa lép életbe: Lite, Professional és Expert/Studio.

Az ingyenes díjszabás (Kezdőcsomag) nem lesz korlátozva az adott időszakon belüli órák számában.

Az egyes tarifák mind funkcióikban, mind az egy havi időszakban leadott megrendelések számában különböznek egymástól.

Szeretnénk megosztani, miért döntöttünk így.

Az eredeti kis hobbiprojektből, amin Bára és én 2021 óta szabadidőnkben dolgozunk, az elmúlt két évben egy átfogó (és a visszajelzések alapján még mindig könnyen érthető!) rendszert fejlesztettünk ki a nyílt órák, tanfolyamok, workshopok és különböző típusú bérletek kezelésére.

Azóta, amióta a Zenamon dolgozunk, számtalan új funkciót és fejlesztést adtunk hozzá. Az Önök visszajelzései, valamint a minőség iránti elkötelezettségünk folyamatos fejlesztésre ösztönzött bennünket.

Az indulás óta a rendszerhez hozzáadott néhány jelentős funkció a következő:

• Átlátható lemondási feltételek az automatikus lemondási díjaknak köszönhetően
• Kifinomult tanfolyamkezelés, beleértve a visszatérítés lehetőségét, a folyamatban lévő tanfolyamok fennmaradó időpontjainak kedvezményes igénylését, vagy a megmaradt szabad helyek felajánlását a be nem töltött időpontokban
• Beépülő pluginek a saját weboldalba való integráláshoz
• Bevételek és exportok előállítása a könyveléshez
• Automatikus esemény- és ügyfélcímkék a jobb láthatóság és a gyorsabb navigáció érdekében

Úgy véljük, hogy az új tarifák tükrözik a platformunk által jelenleg kínált hozzáadott értékeket és lehetőségeket.

Még mindig a legjobb ár/teljesítmény arány a piacon ​

Az ármódosítás után is a mi ajánlatunk marad a legjobb megoldás a piacon. Másokhoz képest a Zenam számos, általában prémium funkciót kínál már az alapváltozatban is. Nincs értelme, hogy már az elején korlátozzuk Önt például az ügyfelek számával, lehetetlenség nem felajánlani kedvezményes bérleteket vagy a kártyás fizetés elfogadásának képtelensége, vagy a programterv saját weboldalába való beillesztésének korlátozása miatt. Ezek mind olyan dolgok, amelyekkel vállalkozását és oktatói gyakorlatát fejlesztheti.

Miért döntöttünk úgy, hogy tarifáinkat a megrendelések száma alapján korlátozzuk?

Nagyobb mennyiségű rendeléssel a praxisa növekszik valamint jobban fejlődik. Ez a rendszer lehetővé teszi számunkra, hogy szolgáltatásainkat jobban az Ön igényeihez igazítsuk és biztosítsuk, hogy a Zenam segítségével az Ön válalkozása a dinamikájának megfelelő támogatást és funkciókat kapja.

1 megrendelés = 1 (aktív = nem törölt) foglalás egy nyílt órára, vagy 1(aktív) foglalás a teljes tanfolyamra, vagy 1 (aktív) workshop foglalás

Nagyra értékelnénk, ha velünk maradna az utunkon, és hasznát venné a rendszerünk folyamatos fejlődésének.

Kérdések és válaszok​

Van egy díjmentes tarifám (Kezdőcsomag) – mi fog történni?​

A jelenlegi ,,Kezdőcsomag,, szeptember 1-től automatikusan frissül, hogy tükrözze az új tarifa feltételeket.

Van egy előre kifizetett Oktató+ vagy Stúdió díjcsomagom – szeptember 1-je után meddig tudom használni?​

Az Ön jelenlegi díjszabása az előfizetési időszak végéig a jelenleg érvényes árlista (Árak) szerinti összes meglévő funkcióval továbbra is működőképes marad.

Ez azt jelenti:

Ha Ön korábban olyan tarifára fizetett elő egy évre, amely például 2025. február 17-én jár le, akkor addig semmi sem változik az Ön számára.

A szeptember 1-jén vagy azt követően lejáró havi tarifák (azaz a jelenlegi Oktató+/Stúdió tarifa előfizetésének utolsó rendszeres kifizetése, például augusztus 25-én történik, így az előfizetés szeptember 25-én jár le) az előfizetési időszak végéig érvényesek maradna

A lejárat után a fiókja automatikusan átvált az ingyenes alapcsomagra – “Kezdőcsomag”.

A váltásról e-mailben értesítjük Önt. Előre is elnézést kérünk a funkciók ideiglenes korlátozásáért, amíg fiókja a “Kezdőcsomag”, tervezeten van.

Hogyan rendelhetek  új tarifát az alaptarifára váltás után?​

Szeptember 1-jétől szükség esetén Ön is válthat a tarifák között (lásd „Mi történik, ha egy adott időszakban az új tarifával kimerítem a rendelési limitemet?” lentebb) a fizetési kapu szolgáltatójának (Stripe) megváltozásának köszönhetően. Lehetőség lesz alacsonyabbról magasabb tarifára váltani és fordítva.

Önnek azonban új kártyás fizetést kell indítania.

Más szóval, az ingyenes alapcsomagra való váltás után új megrendelést kell leadnia.

Mi történik, ha az új díjszabás szerinti időszakra vonatkozó rendelési limitemet kimerítem?​

Abban az esetben, ha egy alacsonyabb tarifa rendelési limitjét  kimeríti, magasabb tarifára válthat, befizetheti a magasabb tarifa arányos összegét és továbbra is korlátozás nélkül használhatja a Zenamot.

Displaying sessions for the upcoming 30 days works great for a handful of classes each month. However, in our quest to continuously improve Zenamu and make it even more user-friendly, we're excited to introduce a new way to present your schedule: WEEKLY.

Activating this new feature is a breeze—simply head to the same section in the admin panel where you initially grabbed the code for your site. We're confident this addition will make planning and finding sessions more straightforward for both you and your clients.

💌 ✅ Verifying Email Accuracy and Existence​

Typos? No worries! They happen to the best of us, especially on mobile 🙂.

However, an incorrectly entered email means no booking confirmation, class cancellation info, or payment request reaches your client.

Zenamu now automatically verifies the accuracy and existence of the email provided, alerting clients to potential errors before they complete their booking.

This enhancement ensures greater reliability and improved deliverability of emails for you and your practitioners 🙌.

🔍 Client Search by Email​

A handy update to wrap things up: in your client overview, you now have the ability to search not just by first and last name, but also by email address.

Tags serve as a powerful tool to assist your clients in navigating through your offerings more effectively. They also offer you a clearer overview of your clientele. 🙂

Think of it this way​

Your class schedule is packed with yoga, pilates, and massage sessions.

By assigning specific tags— yoga to your yoga classes, pilates to your pilates sessions, and massage to your massage appointments—you make it simpler for clients who are seeking a particular service, such as a massage, to find exactly what they're interested in.

How does this work? It allows you to filter the appointments in your public schedule by teacher, location, and now by tag as well.

Enhancing Your Public Schedule with Filters​

Class tags ➡️ client tags​

Now, when a client books any of your tagged classes, that same tag will automatically be applied to their profile as well. This feature provides you with a comprehensive view of the client table, showcasing the specific classes chosen by individual clients.

For instance, this enhancement allows you to target your marketing emails and newsletters with greater precision and relevance 😉.

And if you're curious whether these tags sync with your email marketing tools — given that Zenamu already supports integration with platforms like Mailchimp — we're delighted to confirm that they indeed do!

While client tags have been a feature in Zenamu for some time, they previously required manual assignment. Now, we've come full circle with the introduction of automatic tag assignment: when a client books a class that has a specific tag, that tag will now automatically be added to their profile 🙂.

Additionally, this seamless tagging functionality extends to our plugin, allowing you to embed the class schedule directly on your website with all the filtering capabilities intact.

You can't do that without your Facebook or Instagram feeds complementing your service offerings - ideally with quick booking and client payment options.

By creating an account with Zenamu, you get a simple booking system and your online calendar for listing open classes, courses or workshops.

If you add a link to the booking calendar to your social media profiles, clients get an idea of your offer and book their chosen class.

The Booking system on the web​

Thanks to our easy integration, the calendar is embedded into your website. So if you run your website on Webnode, WordPress or Wix.com, for example, the current offer of your services will also be visible there. The plugins allow for a closer connection with clients who are used to visiting your site first, so they get information about upcoming events sooner.

And Zenamu will give you the convenience of managing bookings, orders and other follow-up communication with clients.

You can customize the calendar yourself to your taste and create your unique style.

How can you do that?​

In your account admin, after logging into Zenam, upload an image with your logo or photo and a background image of your schedule page.

Assign the colours you like and, ideally, match to the classes and templates. All done with the help of our colour picker, which is available in the system.

You may be wondering how our booking system can help you with this.

In Zenamu, you can now integrate your account with two tools for bulk email sending.

With Mailchimp and SmartEmailing, you can create and send playful and creative newsletters from one place, ensuring your clients are informed about all the news, upcoming courses or workshops and stay on time.

Thanks to these tools, you'll also get insights into how many of them read your message or whether it was delivered!

How does the integration work exactly?​

Once you choose one of the tools, all your contacts will be instantly imported into it.

It includes:

• First and last name of the client
• Email
• Phone number

In Mailchimp, you can also add labels that you can assign to clients in Zenamu (in Mailchimp, they call it "Tags")

The system respects it if someone decides not to subscribe to your promotional emails when making a booking. You'll recognize these clients in Zenamu by the absence of an Email Marketing Agreement checkbox next to their names. Their contact information is uploaded into the tool but marked not to receive your communications.

Newly registered clients​

Once you have the integration enabled, when a new client signs up for your class, they are automatically imported from Zenamu into Mailchimp or SmartEmailing.

If later on, you send a newsletter and a client unsubscribes, this information is automatically synchronized back to Zenamu.
